To get 3rd costume.
Complete Story Mode. This will also enable all option in Encyclopedia.
To play as the Boss.
Complete any 3 players in Story Mode.
To get CG Gallery and Narrator option.
Complete game in single player mode.
To get Voice Collection.
Complete the game with the same player using costume 1 and costume 3.(this is what i have tried).
Upon completing any player, (use at least 2 different costume), at character selection screen (both 1 player and VS mode) press triangle to change winning poses. There are 8 to choose from.
To get the last option (Congratulations)
Get all Narrator and Voice Collection and this will open up to a special sound file lasted for about 10 minutes. (may be longer... I stop after 10 minutes)
